Monthly subscriptions
Small Group is $4.95 per month for up to 10 people per plan. Large Group is $19 per month for up to 50 people per plan. The owner, joined members, and pending invitations count toward the limit. Both subscriptions include unlimited plans.
Your 7-day free trial
First-time paid subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your selected subscription renews monthly after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Review the checkout details before confirming.
Manage or cancel
Sign in, open Plans & Billing using the Upgrade or subscription button, and select the billing management option. You can manage your payment method, change your subscription, or cancel. A canceled paid subscription remains available through its remaining paid period.
Changes to your allowance
When a subscription no longer provides group capacity, existing members remain in the plan. New invitations must fit the owner’s current allowance. Free accounts can continue planning on their own.
Refund questions
Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges. If you believe a charge is incorrect or need to ask about a refund, see Support. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law still apply.
Openly Pro is billed separately
Linking Openly Pro never automatically cancels or refunds a Plan Openly subscription. Manage Plan Openly billing here and Openly Pro billing on Openly Pro’s membership page.
