PLAN OPENLY
Terms of Service
These terms describe the conditions for using Plan Openly. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Plans and collaboration
Plan owners manage invitations and membership. Participants can collaborate within their authorized plans. Do not attempt to access unrelated plans, bypass membership limits, or interfere with another person’s account or content.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Plan Openly permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you and your plan’s participants. Only upload content you have the right to use and share.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, malicious, or infringing content.
- Do not use plans, messages, or invitations to harass people or send unsolicited communications.
- Do not compromise security, evade access restrictions, or disrupt the service.
- Respect the privacy and rights of other participants.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid subscriptions renew monthly at the selected price. A 7-day trial is available to first-time paid subscribers. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. The plan owner, joined members, and pending invitations count toward each plan’s capacity. See Billing, Cancellation & Refunds for more detail.
Openly Pro
An active, linked Openly Pro membership can increase invitation capacity on plans owned by the linked account. It does not grant access to other people’s plans or cancel a separate Plan Openly subscription. Existing members are retained when Pro access ends; new invitations are subject to the owner’s independently valid allowance.
Sharing and availability
You are responsible for choosing recipients of shared or printed summaries. The service may change or experience interruptions. Keep your own copies of important information; Plan Openly is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency communication.
Misuse and termination
Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. You can stop using the service at any time; canceling a subscription and requesting account deletion are separate actions. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
