ALREADY PART OF OPENLY PRO?
One membership. Your own plans.
Link your account in Plans & Billing. An active Openly Pro membership raises capacity to 50 people on each plan you own, with unlimited plans. Linking alone does not confirm active membership.
Separate subscriptions stay separate.
Openly Pro does not automatically cancel or refund a Plan Openly subscription. Manage your separate subscription in Plans & Billing if you no longer need it. If Pro ends, existing members stay; new invitations follow your independently valid Plan Openly allowance.
A few things worth knowing.
How are people counted?
The plan owner, joined members, and pending invitations all count toward the limit. The limit applies to each plan, not to the total across your account.
What happens after the free trial?
First-time paid subscribers get 7 days free. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly subscription renews at its listed price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Use Plans & Billing to manage your subscription, payment method, and cancellation. After a paid cancellation, access continues through the remaining paid period.
Are all planning tools included?
Yes. Solo planning is free; paid tiers increase the number of people you can invite. Uploads currently have a 20 MB per-file limit in the upload form.
Does the schedule send reminder emails?
Not yet. Dates and locations are available in the schedule, but automated reminders and invitation emails are not currently available.
