Your plans are personal. This policy explains the information used to provide Plan Openly and the choices you have.

Information you provide
We process account information such as your email address and sign-in details, along with content you add: plan descriptions, invitations, schedules, tasks, lists, poll responses, questions, chat messages, documents, and images.
How information is used
Information is used to sign you in, save your plans, make collaboration available to participants, maintain the service, protect accounts, and administer subscriptions. Technical information may be processed to investigate errors and maintain security.
Who can see a plan
Private plan content and uploaded files are restricted to the plan’s participants. Other participants can see content you contribute and identifying information used within the plan, including your email address. Open polls show who voted for each choice. Anonymous polls show totals without revealing voter identities to participants.
Sharing outside a plan
Printing, copying, or sharing a summary creates a copy that recipients can retain or forward. Only share content you have permission to share. Those copies are not protected by the plan’s participant access controls.
Service providers and billing
Lovable Cloud provides hosting, account services, and storage. Stripe processes subscription payments; Plan Openly does not store complete payment card details. Google sign-in is available when you choose it. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Openly Pro linking
If you choose to link Openly Pro, the services exchange account references to verify the connection and membership status. Membership checks affect invitation capacity for plans you own, not access to unrelated plans. Separate subscriptions remain separate.
Cookies and local storage
Sign-in and payment services use cookies or browser storage where needed to maintain your session and complete checkout. You can clear browser storage or sign out, but doing so may require you to sign in again.
Retention and your choices
Plan content is retained to provide the service until removed, subject to operational backups, security needs, and legally required records. You can edit or remove content where your plan permissions allow. For account deletion, privacy requests, or questions about retention, see our Support page.
Security and changes
Access controls help protect your plans, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your sign-in details and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information. Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page.
